About the Editors:
 
Dr. A. Prabhu Kumar (BS (Hons) Tech., M Tech, MBA, PhD), Professor and Director School of Management Studies, JNTUH, Hyderabad. He is Fellow of Institute of Engineers. He has 25 years of teaching, training and research experience in various fields. He taught various courses to B Tech, BFA, M Tech, MCA and MBA students . He was Chairman Board of Studies, and Board of studies member for more than 20 years. He has contributed for the development of various courses syllabi. He was also board of studies member of BIE Vocational education. Prior to joining in JNTUH, he worked for prestigious organisations like, Government of India Security Printing Press, Daily Telegraph, ITC Limited etc. He has served the university in various capacities as, Deputy Warden, Head of the Department, Workshop Superintendent, Officer in charge Examinations at CEH, Officer in charge Examinations at the University, University Placement officer, Deputy Director and presently Director School of Management Studies. He was Regional coordinator for EAMCET and for the last three years I-CET, CET Committee member. He was involved in various selection committees. He has more than 50 publications in various journals and conference. He has presented papers in National and International conferences and evaluated PhD thesis. He was a Principal Investigator for a research project sanctioned by AICTE. He has guided many student projects at graduate, post graduate and PhD levels. His areas of interest include, Value Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. As a General Secretary of JNTU CEH teachers association and Treasurer of thrift association he has contributed to the welfare of the teaching faculty. He is a member of Bureau of Indian Standards. Dr. Sindhu, Professor & Chairperson, Board of Studies, School of Management Studies, JNTU Hyderabad. She has more than 22 years of experience in teaching, training and research. She is the co-ordinator for joint MBA Program of Central Michigan University (CMU), USA and MBA (PTPG) of School of Management Studies. She has published 114 research papers in International and national Journals and Conferences/Seminars. She has authored three books. She is editorial board member and reviewer for many Management Journals. Dr. Sindhu is awarded Women in Education in 25th Business School Affaire – Dewang Mehta National Education Award, on 15th April 2017 at Institute of Public Enterprise, Hyderabad. Six Ph.Ds in the area of Business management has been awarded under her guidance. Presently she is guiding four (4) Ph.D. scholars as a Supervisor. She is also an examiner for Doctoral Programmes (Ph.D.) for the universities of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and also foreign universities in the area of Business Management.
