About the Author:

B.V.S. Lakshmi, M. Pharm., Ph.D., Professor and HOD, Dept. of Pharmacology, HOD, M.Sc. Clinical Research, PG & Ph. D Coordinator, School of Allied and Healthcare Sciences, Malla Reddy University. She served as Principal toxicologist and Facility In charge, Preclinical Toxicology Division at a Global Contract research organization. She also served as Vice Principal and HOD, Pharm. D.  She has an experience of 21 Years in the field of teaching, research and administration. Her 70 research publications and 15 research paper presentations of national and international order, stands as testimony to her strengths. She also authors a book entitled “Textbook of Pathophysiology”. She is a life member of APTI. She guided 2 candidates for Ph. D program, 46 M. Pharm students, 17 Pharm. D projects. She is serving as CPCSEA Nominee to various organizations as an IAEC member. Serving as member in Institutional Ethics Committee for approval of Protocols for Clinical Trials.  Collaborated for Research work with KPJ healthcare University, Malaysia. Delivered guest lectures at National and International level. Reviewer for Springer, Wiley Interscience journals. Received Best Innovative Research Award 2022 from Association of Pharmacy Professionals.

M. Sudhakar, M.Pharm., Ph.D. Professor & Principal, he has an experience of 32 Years in the field of teaching and administration. He is resourceful person for various AICTE workshops. His 100 research publications and 150 research paper presentations of national and international order, stands as testimony to his strengths. He is bent on making the college in to one of the most sought after centers for excellence, through its quality education and research orientation. He is the life member of professional bodies like IPA, APTI and IPGA. He is the executive member of APTI (AP branch). He is the member of board of studies for pharmacy in Osmania University. He guided 8 Ph.D candidates. At present he is guiding 6 candidates for Ph.D Programs. He is the resource person for video lectures in pharmaceutics.
