This book is a collection of experiences of a Change Manager. About the Author
Mr. Srinivas Rao is a human capital strategist, has considerable background in change management. He has worked both as internal staff and external consultant to organizations of varying size across multi industries. He has held management roles at various levels in Computer Associates-TCG, Baan, Ernst & Young, Videocon International and currently associated with Satyam Computer Services.
