About the Author
YOSHIHIRO KONISHI is Senior Executive Vice President and Director of Research and Development at the Uniden Corporation, Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan. The author of over 10 books on various specialized microwave topics, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and a member of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers and Institute of Television Engineering of Japan. Dr. Konishi received the Bachelor of Engineering (1951) and Doctor of Engineering (1961) degrees from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan.
